These terms apply to purchases made through Lakshya Digital Store.

By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery and contact information supplied is accurate and that you agree to the price, payment method, shipping charge and policies shown at checkout.

Pricing and availability

Product prices and stock availability are displayed on the product page and rechecked during checkout. If a technical or catalogue error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer before fulfilment and provide an appropriate correction, cancellation or refund option.

Payment

Available payment choices can include prepaid UPI and Partial COD. The current prepaid discount is 10%. The current Partial COD advance is ₹100. The exact amount due is shown before submission. Online payments are manually verified before the order is released for fulfilment.

Minimum order and delivery

The current minimum product value is ₹500. Shipping charges and free-delivery thresholds are shown during checkout and described in our shipping policy.

Returns

Eligible returns are handled under our separate Return & refund policy.
