Shipping policy

We ship eligible orders across India. Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery normally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier serviceability.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the delivery city and state. Current standard charges are:

• Selected local/nearby service areas including Delhi: ₹50.
• Rest of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Uttarakhand: ₹70.
• Rest of India: ₹100.
• Free delivery when product value reaches ₹1,000.

The exact delivery charge shown at checkout is the amount applicable to the order. Remote locations, weather, courier disruptions or address issues can extend delivery time.

Order tracking

Once an order is processed for shipment, tracking information is provided through the available order/shipping channel. Please contact support if you need help with a shipment.
