Return & refund policy

Our standard return window is 7 days from delivery.

We accept eligible returns requested within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

Return conditions

• The product should be returned with its original packaging, accessories and supplied items.
• For change-of-mind returns, the product should be unused and in resaleable condition.
• If an item is damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and supporting photos/video where relevant.
• Products whose hygiene seal has been opened may be ineligible for change-of-mind return; defective items remain covered.

How to request a return

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return instructions and applicable return method.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. We normally initiate an approved refund within 5 business days of completing inspection; banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the amount.

Any return shipping charge, if applicable, will be communicated before the return is accepted. For a wrong, damaged or defective item attributable to us, we do not charge the customer for the approved return shipment.
