Cancellation & Refund Policy

 cancellations can only be done before the item is shipped usually whtin 24 hours

Once the item is shipped you can deny to received order at doorstep and your anount if any paid will be credited within 5-7 days

items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery

Returns will be subjective to approval, To initiate retrun contact on our support number and explain the issue

Returns will be approved in case of manufacturing defect , damnaged or wrong items sent 

Customer service agent might ask for video or images as proof to validate 

Upon approval pickup request for return shipment will be generated and either replacement or refund will be initiated depending on the return reason

After refund is initiated it will be credited within 5-7 business days to customer
